Following extraordinary demand for its first two clubs, Jaego’s in Kensal Rise and Jesse’s in Parsons Green, OurHouse will open three new London houses next year: Orly’s in East Sheen in spring 2027, followed by Olive’s in Chiswick and Leo’s in Clapham in summer 2027.

Olive’s will be a members’ club for the whole family — rooftop restaurant and bar, pool, sauna, gym, library and co-working; dens, arcades and soft play for kids of every age. Plus Crèche & Kids Club: up to three hours of daily childcare for all ages. A home for adults. An escape for kids.

Having been to Jesse’s House in Parsons Green, we’re looking forward to OurHouse Chiswick and East Sheen opening in 2027. When Leo and Freyja were younger – I was looking for something just like this and the local gym & creche just didn’t quite cut it. Now, following huge demand for its first two London clubs, OurHouse is entering its next chapter: growing from two London houses to five, while introducing an entirely new offering designed for families once their children start school. Perfect timing! The 3 new houses will offer:

  • New All Houses Memberships
  • Ofsted-registered Adventure Club with after-school pick-up from selected local schools
  • Enrichment courses spanning academics, life skills, fitness and the arts
  • Individual tuition and school placement support
  • Ofsted-registered Kids’ Clubs offering drop-and-go childcare
  • A new aged 8+ offering focused on independence, confidence and connection, with the freedom of their own social spaces and junior wellness

Founded by father-of-three Charlie Gardiner, OurHouse was created from a simple idea: modern family life is wonderfully chaotic, and parents deserve a place that makes it all feel a little easier. Where no one feels judged, rushed, or like they need to apologise for their kids. Where families can spend time together – and apart – in ways that reflect real life.

Bringing together the best of a members’ club, wellness destination, workspace and children’s club, the houses offer everything from state-of-the-art gyms, swimming pools and around 200 weekly classes to restaurants, co-working spaces and beautifully designed children’s areas.

Charlie Gardiner, founder of OurHouse, says: “This is the part of OurHouse’s growth I’m most excited about: the transition from baby and toddler central to a fully-fledged family club. We asked almost 200 families what they needed as their children grew up, and it wasn’t more soft play – it was independence for the kids, structured programmes for older children and a little breathing room for parents. We’re not interested in building a club that families grow out of. We’re building one that grows up with them.”

A CLUB THAT GROWS WITH FAMILY!!

The biggest evolution of OurHouse isn’t another swimming pool or co-working space – it’s what happens once the children grow out of soft play and start school.

While many family clubs naturally become less relevant beyond the toddler years, OurHouse wanted to understand what families actually needed next. The team asked almost 200 families with children aged five and above what they wanted as their children grew up.

The answer was clear: children wanted safe, social spaces to spend time with friends and experiences beyond school, while parents wanted greater flexibility and practical support.

The result is a new offering for school-age children in all the new houses, from after-school pick-up and enrichment programmes to individual tuition and greater independence for pre-teens. In short, a club designed to grow up with them.

AFTER SCHOOL PICK UP WITH ADVENTURE CLUB

At the heart of the new offering is Adventure Club, an after-school programme for children aged 5 and in Year 1 and above. Once Ofsted registration is in place ahead of Orly’s opening, OurHouse will collect children directly from selected local schools and bring them back to the house, while parents can also drop children off directly after school.

Each child receives a Club Passport, allowing them to spend the afternoon at the house without their parents, taking part in themed challenges, games and activities.

Unlike a traditional after-school club based in a single room, Adventure Club uses the entire house – from craft studios and outdoor playgrounds to jungle gyms and all-weather games pitches. Children can stay until 6.30pm, with kids’ tea also available – meaning parents can hand over the school pick-up, after-school activities and dinner in one go. Frankly, a rather better prospect than the usual post-school juggle.

NEW KIDS’ CLUBS: MORE FREEDOM FOR PARENTS

Separate to Adventure Club, each new house will introduce a dedicated Ofsted-registered Kids’ Club for children aged 5+, run by specialist partners.

During afternoon and weekend sessions, parents of children in Year 1 and above can, for the first time, drop their children off and leave the house entirely – giving them greater freedom to work, run errands or, revolutionary thought, make plans of their own.

Designed as far more than traditional childcare, the Kids’ Club combines imaginative free play with creative programming including interactive STEM pods, sports simulators, construction workshops, science-inspired activities, craft studios, comic libraries and outdoor play spaces.

GOING BEYOND PLAYTIME: ENRICHMENT COURSES & PRIVATE TUITION

New Enrichment Courses will launch in half-term blocks, from £60, spanning four key pillars: Academics; Life Skills; Fitness & Wellness; and Creative & Performing Arts.

Courses range from coding and phonics to cookery, first aid and financial literacy; football and martial arts; and music, ballet and pottery.

Meanwhile, children can also benefit from a new OurHouse Tuition programme – offering one-to-one academic support and school placement guidance for children aged 4 to 13+.

The offering also includes parent consultations, in-depth school placement assessments and school placement support. Best of all, children can now get on with their tuition while parents squeeze in a Pilates class, rather than the rest of the family being banished from the kitchen table at home for an hour.

A NEW OFFERING FOR 8+ AND PRE-TEENS

For children aged eight and above, not only do the houses continue to offer organised childcare, but they will be introducing opportunities and super cool spaces for pre-teens to spend time with friends and enjoy greater independence.

At designated times, children will be able to get an ‘Explorer Pass’, giving them the freedom to move around the house while their parents remain on site. Parents can settle in for lunch in the restaurant – and perhaps a glass of wine – while children disappear off for a ping-pong tournament or a film with friends. Parents know they’re safe, children get a taste of independence, and nobody has to endure mum or dad embarrassing them from the sidelines.

The new 8+ offering will include a dedicated Den & Hangout, cinema rooms, games areas and social spaces, alongside pool parties, discos, cinema nights and laser tag.

While older children may be seeking more independence, OurHouse also wants to create more opportunities for families to spend proper time together. As school, friendships and busy schedules take up more time – and children become a little less interested in hanging out with their parents – each house will offer new ways for families to connect.

Children aged 10+ will also be able to join supervised junior gym sessions with a parent, use the pool, cold plunge and sauna together, and take part in dedicated children’s fitness classes – creating new ways for older children and parents to enjoy the club side by side.

A new Kids’ Committee, including a rotating “Captain of Fun”, will also meet monthly to help shape future programming. Because if the whole proposition has been designed around what children actually want, it seems only fair they continue to have a say.

Jesse’s and Jaego’s are open now, joined in early 2027 by Orly’s, the newest site in the OurHouse family, with memberships from £145 per adult and £70 per child per month at Jesse’s and Orly’s, and £105 per adult and £55 per child at Jaego’s per month.
