Studio 366, a small community-led wellness studio in the heart of Molesey, has been named Best Wellness Retreat in Surrey in the Muddy Stilettos Awards!

The award is a huge honour for the studio, which has grown steadily since opening its doors as a calm and welcoming space for movement, rest, connection and self-care. While Studio 366 may be small in size, its impact within the local community has been anything but.
Founded with the intention of creating a refuge from the pace and pressure of everyday life, Studio 366 offers a varied timetable of classes, workshops and wellbeing sessions designed to support people physically, mentally and emotionally. From yoga, Pilates and sound baths to meditation, breathwork, Reiki, baby classes, life drawing and seasonal workshops, the studio has become a gentle hub for people looking to pause, reconnect and take care of themselves.
At the heart of Studio 366 is a strong belief that wellness should feel accessible, inclusive and personal. The studio welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds and levels of experience, whether they are attending their first ever yoga class, returning to movement after a break, seeking support during a busy season of life, or simply looking for a quiet hour to breathe.
The award reflects not only the space itself, but the wonderful community that has formed around it. Studio 366 is shaped by the practitioners who bring their knowledge, care and individuality into the room each week. Their combined offering creates a rich and varied programme, allowing people to explore wellness in a way that feels right for them.
Alongside movement, relaxation and creative wellbeing, the studio’s programme also includes sessions with a spiritual and intuitive focus. These offer space for reflection, energetic connection and deeper self-awareness, supporting those who are drawn to explore wellbeing beyond the purely physical. They sit naturally alongside the studio’s broader programme, adding another layer to the sense of care, meaning and connection that Studio 366 aims to provide.
This blend of approaches is part of what makes the studio special. Some visitors come for movement and strength, others for rest and nervous system support, others for creativity, sound, stillness or spiritual exploration. There is no single route into wellbeing at Studio 366, and that is very much the point.

Studio owner Zoe Venning-Pridham said:
“We are absolutely thrilled to have won Best Wellness Retreat in Surrey. Studio 366 has always been about more than classes. It is about creating a warm, welcoming space where people can come as they are, take a breath and feel part of something. The award means so much because it recognises the care, heart and hard work that our practitioners and community have poured into the studio.”
The Muddy Stilettos Awards celebrate independent businesses across the county, with winners chosen through public support and voting. For Studio 366, being recognised alongside much larger wellness destinations in Surrey feels especially meaningful.
Zoe added:
“We were very much the underdog in our category, so this really does feel like a win for small, community-led spaces. We may not be a large spa or retreat venue, but what we offer is genuine, heartfelt and rooted in our local community. I am incredibly proud of what we have built together.”
Studio 366 continues to grow its programme with regular weekly classes, seasonal events and workshops, offering local people a peaceful place to move, rest, learn, connect and feel restored.
