Ever heard of a ‘Mindfulness & Equine Retreat’? You have now! Kick start your spring awakening with equine assisted mindfulness sessions. Sunday 29th March and Monday 30th March, Bhuti is offering an intimate experience bringing together equine-assisted therapy, forest bathing, mindfulness and meditation, bringing clarity, restoration and deeper self-awareness.

Co-facilitated by Operation Centaur, whose therapeutic work with horses is internationally acclaimed and Bhuti at the Bingham Riverhouse. The presence of these beautiful creatures will allow you to reflect and ground, learning the lessons of trust, compassion and courage. This experience is led by Dr Puffin a clinical psychologist and equine therapist.

The 24-hour immersive retreat, held near the rhythm of the river and where it meets the hush of ancient trees, a rare space is created – one that invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect.

This intimate experience brings together equine-assisted therapy, forest bathing, mindfulness and meditation, and embodied presence – in a shared pursuit of clarity, restoration, and deeper self-awareness. A return to what is quiet and essential within you.

For Whom

This retreat is for anyone who senses the need to pause – to step back from the busyness of doing and remember the quiet strength of simply being. No prior experience with horses, yoga, or meditation is required. The retreat is open to all.

It is ideal for those navigating life transitions, seeking to process trauma or emotional fatigue, or wishing simply to feel more deeply and move more slowly.
